🚨 Blumenthal on Socialist Wins: “The Infusion of New Energy and New Faces Is Very Healthy for the Democratic Party”

LindellTV’s @alisonintheknow asked @SenBlumenthal whether the wave of Democratic Socialist victories in New York signals a dangerous shift for the Democrat Party.

His response:
“One of the strengths of the Democratic Party is our diversity. What happens in New York ideologically doesn’t necessarily fit the Midwest, but we are a big tent party.”

When pressed on whether moderate Democrats are being replaced by “more radical extremists,” Blumenthal dismissed the concern:

“All politics is local. What’s local to New York isn’t necessarily the same in Connecticut or Texas or North Carolina.”

We also asked whether socialism is becoming the new model for Democrats amid the affordability crisis.

Blumenthal avoided embracing socialism directly, instead arguing:
“The moderates in the Democratic Party are going to continue to emphasize the cost, confusion, chaos that we’re seeing increasing in the Trump administration.”

Then Blumenthal made a striking claim:
“I will be fascinated to see whether they [Republican Senators] have the guts to tell the president to his face what they have been telling us.”

He further claimed:
