🚨 Rep. Yvette Clarke Rejects Poll Showing 76% of Black Americans Support Voter ID

When asked by our reporter, @alisonintheknow, to explain her claim that the SAVE Act is “racist” and an “attack on civil rights,” @RepYvetteClarke doubled down.

Clarke argued the legislation targets Black communities with a “cost burden,” comparing it to historical barriers to voting.

But when confronted with polling (including a @CNN survey showing 76% of Black Americans support voter ID) Clarke pushed back.
