Billy started struggling with gender identity in the 1st grade. He later had many surgeries, changed his legal documents, and presented as a woman for seven years. But, after doing the many things he was told needed to be done to find peace and happiness, to resolve the disconnect between his mind telling him he was a woman and his body telling him he was a man, he realized that he had believed many lies. Billy had more problems at that point, 7 years post transition, than prior to his transition. Since then, Billy has found the cause of his troubles, has resolved the conflict between his mind and body, and has transitioned back to his birth gender. Billy is married to Rachel, has two stepdaughters, and is now Free!
