Dalton Jantzen is an Executive Consultant and co-owner of Salted Oats, LLC, providing leadership consulting and coaching to businesses of all sizes across North America since 1999.Together wit h his wife Vicki, he co-founded 30 60 100 MINISTRIES in 2002, focusing on equipping Christian leaders globally. Since 2009, their ministry has expanded internationally, offering biblical leadership training and coaching to pastors and missionaries across five continents.
From 2017 to 2021, the Jantzens created and led TW3 in Lubbock, TX. Transforming the Worker, their Work, and the Workplace, a monthly business luncheon series provided workplace topics from a biblical perspective, empowering Christian leaders to be “salt & light” in their professional environments.
Since 1970, Dalton and Vicki Jantzen have been partners in both marriage and ministry. They began their journey in the jungles of southern Colombia
and have since ministered in various third-world countries wherever the Lord opens doors.
