The poll that unmasks just how disturbed the left is right now

A newly released survey reveals disturbing radicalism among Democratic voters seeking Donald Trump’s early removal from the White House.

The Center for Strategic Politics partnered with Liberal Currents to conduct the study. Researchers asked 683 registered Democrats how they would react to specific scenarios ending Trump’s presidency prematurely. The results paint a striking picture of partisan hostility toward constitutional norms.

A combined 59% of respondents favored a literal military coup to seize power. The question described armed forces taking control of the nation to safeguard the Constitution. That scenario netted a positive margin of 32 points among the party faithful.

Even darker sentiments emerged regarding the president’s mortality. A solid 55% majority would welcome Trump dying in his sleep. Only 17% expressed a negative reaction to that fatal prospect.

Most chilling of all is the response to political violence. Nearly a third of Democrats said they would feel positive if an assassin shot Trump at a rally. Another quarter expressed total indifference to such a deadly attack.

The traditional avenues for removal drew overwhelming backing from the respondents. Impeachment and conviction garnered an 87% approval rating. Deposing Trump through the 25th Amendment drew 84% support.

Even the polling outfit itself acknowledged these unhinged priorities on social media.
