Donna B. Hall’s 37-year media career included high level leadership positions in cable, TV, and newspapers with the lion’s share of her career running clusters of radio stations. 35 of her years were with Cox Enterprises where she began working in advertising sales in Dayton, Ohio at the Dayton Daily News. Transferring to the radio division two years later, she filled various sales leadership roles before becoming the VP and Market Manager of Cox’s four Dayton radio stations. Adding regional oversight of four stations in Louisville, KY, she filled that role for 13 years until Cox merged their three media properties in Dayton (print, TV, and radio including digital for all) and she became the SVP of Marketing, Audience and Client Solutions for all platforms. She found her way to Atlanta three years later to take the role of Group Vice President of Sales for the media sales division of Cox Communications.

Donna then returned to radio to run the Cox Atlanta and Athens cluster of 10 radio stations including the nation’s largest news-talk station, WSB. She retired from Cox in 2022 as the Publisher of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

She now works as SVP/GM of Robertson Lowstuter coaching firm Her goal is to have the same meaningful impact on others that her coaches had on her throughout her career.

Donna received her Executive MBA from the UGA Terry College of Business in 2015 and her Advanced Certification for Executive Coaching from Emory in 2023. She lives in East Cobb with her husband and two sons.
