Dwight E. DeRamus Jr. is President/CEO of Trey Nickel Media and the author of four books. His second book, Disappearing Dads, won the gold medal in the Human Relations Indie Book Awards in 2019. His fourth and latest book, Disappearing Dads: Revised Editon, is the winner of the 2024 Christlit Awards. Dwight is also an educator with a rich background, having taught at the elementary, high school, and college levels. His educational experience lends him a unique perspective on personal growth, family relationships, and men’s issues from a Christian perspective. With that purpose in mind, Dwight seeks to give tools and resources to build spirituality and improve interpersonal relationships. He has also presented multiple workshops and taken part in discussion panels. Dwight’s commitment to his family and community is evident in his significant roles as a deacon and director of Sunday School at his local church. He is married and a proud father of two adult sons.
