Let’s TRUST President Trump – he’s earned it
From one news cycle to the next, chaos is unfolding everywhere, but President Trump is the steady leader we need

Amid war in the Middle East, riots in Los Angeles, and heated debates about whether illegal farm workers and hospitality employees should be allowed to stay in the United States, the news cycle in America has been busier than usual over the past week.
As chaos unfolds and the media conglomerates flock to the next crisis, it’s easy to lose sight of the reality that just a few months ago, the United States experienced nothing short of a miracle when Donald Trump was inaugurated as the 47th President of the United States, answering the prayers of many who feared for the future of this great country.
Now that the nation is several months into the president’s second term in office, some may be tempted to become overly critical of policies or to, perhaps, expect perfect results on every issue overnight. As with everything related to the federal government, progress is often slow, but President Trump is an unstoppable force, and he has achieved much with just a handful of weeks of renewed leadership under his belt.
With Trump back in the White House, the desperate rallying cry for unity on winning the election has taken a backseat as political bickering has broken out over micro details, but the macro facts remain truer than ever: we’re very blessed to have President Trump in the White House, and while accountability is extremely important, he has earned Americans’ trust as a leader.
Let’s trust him to protect the peace
The president has often discussed and touted his “peace through strength” policy, as he did earlier this week during a speech at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He ran as the peace candidate in 2024, vowing to bring the war between Ukraine and Russia to an end – a goal he has been hard at work on – and to stop the “chaos” in the Middle East.
There is no doubt that Trump and his team have been ceaselessly working to bring those goals to fruition, but global forces seem determined to stave off peace overseas as long as possible, particularly amid Israel’s strikes against Iran this week.
Regardless, it is a relief to have President Trump in the White House during this turbulence. Chaos overseas is a regular occurrence, and having Trump behind the Resolute Desk is a comfort, especially when compared against the fecklessness of the Biden administration.
“We will measure our success not only by the battles we win, but also by the wars that we end and perhaps, most importantly, the wars we never get into,” President Trump said during his inaugural address in January.
We should give President Trump the benefit of the doubt that he will do everything in his power to avoid sending U.S. troops into unnecessary foreign wars.
We can trust him to run the economy
President Trump is, at heart, an excellent businessman, and this is perhaps the strongest asset that he brings to the presidency. With decades of experience under his belt, as well as years of political battles and strategic maneuvering, he is uniquely qualified to lead the United States on the economic front.
Between $5 million “Trump Cards,” trade-boosting tariffs, proposed tax cuts in the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” and his incredible ability to garner billions of dollars in investments in the domestic United States, things are looking up for America.
Gas and energy prices have dipped 20 percent year over year, and the price of food and eggs are dropping, according to U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
“Low inflation combined with rising real wages is positive for American households,” the secretary recently wrote on X.
That, combined with the thousands of new jobs that will be created thanks to the pledged domestic investment of companies like Apple, Hyundai, Micron Tech, and Hyundai, foreshadow an America First economy that will ensure citizens save more money and invest more dollars here at home.
He’s committed to law and order
Whatever critics may say, President Trump’s swift action to bring the National Guard and the U.S. Marines into Los Angeles over the past few days signals his tough-on-crime approach this term, as he promised during his campaign.
He is also committed to continuing a nationwide deportation operation, focused on removing violent and dangerous criminals and transnational gang members from American communities.
“Saving America is not negotiable!” he wrote on Truth Social this week.
This is a welcome change from the Biden administration, and it’s nice to know that President Trump has the backs of law-abiding American citizens and law enforcement officers.
Let’s give the president our trust
Through a chaotic swirl of lawsuits, felony charges, mainstream media smear campaigns, and even an assassination attempt, President Trump never quit on the American people. He won his right to be the leader of the United States, and it’s the least the electorate can do to give him the respect he deserves and trust his leadership.
Accountability is excellent. Making your voice heard is imperative.
But never forget what President Trump – and the country – went through to make America great again, and never take it for granted.
