She is the Founder and Executive Director of Fresh Start Learning Inc., a Milwaukee-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by human trafficking, domestic violence, substance use, and life-altering trauma through education, outreach, and transformative services.
With over a decade of leadership in nonprofit development and direct service, Nancy has built collaborative partnerships across government, social service agencies, and faith-based organizations to advance trauma-informed care and survivor-centered programming. A licensed alcohol and drug treatment counselor, sought-after speaker, and curriculum developer, she provides multidisciplinary training and consultative services that equip professionals, communities, and institutions to respond effectively to complex social challenges.
Nancy is also the author of The Exodus: Where New Beginnings Happen, a message-centered work focused on healing, identity, and transformation through faith.
