The footage that exposes why fraudsters aren’t being prosecuted
By Easton Martin
The O’Keefe Media Group released undercover footage exposing Federal Bureau of Investigation security specialist Justin Devine. Devine admitted on hidden camera that high-profile fraud cases in Minnesota will result in zero arrests. Federal authorities escorted Devine out of the bureau building following the public release of the recording. Officials handed him an immediate termination letter after his remarks circulated online.
The footage reveals entrenched bureaucratic apathy toward prosecuting multi-million-dollar taxpayer theft. Devine told an undercover reporter that federal agencies deliberately drag out major financial probes. He claimed that investigators will simply wait until President Donald Trump leaves office.
According to Devine, the justice system will never send these fraudsters to prison. He stated that bureaucrats will merely find a minor scapegoat to take the fall.
The sting operation focused on allegations of systemic daycare subsidy fraud operating in Minneapolis. Devine also attacked FBI Director Kash Patel during the recorded conversation. He dismissed Patel as a diva and labeled the new director lazy.
Furthermore, Devine openly preferred working under the Biden administration.
Patel moved decisively by purging the five-year employee from the agency within hours. The undercover exposé confirms that administrative holdovers actively resist executive oversight and public accountability. The rapid firing marks an aggressive push to eliminate federal complacency and restore institutional enforcement.
