🚨 MICHIGAN COURT ORDERS ELECTION DATA PRESERVED, AFTER OFFICIAL TOLD CLERKS TO DELETE IT 🚨

The Michigan Court of Appeals has ordered the preservation of electronic poll book data statewide, after Bureau of Elections Director Jonathan Brater directed clerks to delete the records, something Brater confirmed under oath during testimony last year.

@PatrickByrne says the ruling matters because of what the data could show.

“You stuff the voter rolls, you need to stop the polling books. And they have. That’s how you create opportunities for where you’re going to stuff ballots.”

Byrne says the judge went further than expected, also raising a possible role for @TheJusticeDept.

“He wants the DOJ to write a letter saying we have an interest in this. And he told the director of elections to send a letter to every clerk in Michigan: do not erase your poll books, or it’s going to open up your boss to be indicted.”

Six years after 2020, a Michigan court is finally saying: preserve the records.
