President Trump rallies again: Kansas and Iowa events reportedly rescheduled
On Thursday, President Trump’s rallies in Kansas and Iowa were abruptly canceled. On Friday, they were reportedly back on. The rearrangement reportedly stemmed from a need to accommodate the president’s heavy tele-rally schedule. The story is still developing.

After briefly canceling midterm campaign rallies in Kansas and Iowa over the weekend, President Donald Trump is reportedly planning to visit those two states after all in a potential doubleheader on Sunday, November 1.
Multiple sources reported the schedule change on Friday. Fox News’ Jacqui Heinrich quoted a source familiar with the matter, noting that the president would hold back-to-back rallies in Kansas and Iowa on Sunday, in addition to holding almost 20 tele-rallies before Election Day next week.
No further information on the rally schedules was available at the time of article publication. According to the Associated Press, a “person familiar with the latest plans said the Iowa and Kansas rallies have been rearranged to accommodate the new telerallies added to Trump’s schedule.”
The reported reshuffle comes amid a massive midterm blitz in the final days of campaigning for many GOP candidates nationwide. President Trump has visited multiple states over the past few weeks, keeping a shockingly breakneck campaign schedule.
On Thursday, Trump blasted a reporter who asked him if the initial cancelation of his rally in Kansas was due to health issues.
“You’re SICK to ask that question,” President Trump said. “You are sick…you are a sick guy.”
He criticized the reporter as being “way out of shape” and decried the mainstream outlet he worked for.
The president highlighted the high number of rallies he’s done over the past few weeks: “You know what the reason is? I don’t feel I have to go to Kansas. I’m going to Florida tomorrow…you’ve been following me for two weeks, I feel perfect, you are DISGUSTING. Put yourself in shape, you look like HELL.”
The president is scheduled to attend a midterm campaign rally in Daytona Beach, Florida, on Friday. He will rally there for Republican Rep. Byron Donalds, who is running for governor, and for Republican Sen. Ashley Moody, who is running for re-election.
This is a developing story.
