Mike Lindell’s warnings on China are aging well—Washington is just catching up

On Tuesday morning, the USDA unveiled its National Farm Security Action Plan. The plan is aimed at protecting U.S. interests in the farming and agricultural sector, with legislative reforms that will ban Chinese nationals from obtaining United States farmland.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth also mentioned how the plan will address security concerns in researching why foreign entities may be buying up land near military bases.
The issue of foreign nationals, especially of Chinese origin, buying up critical U.S. farmland is not a new threat. In fact, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell sounded the alarm a long time ago in a 2012 interview with Fox Business, saying “China is buying our cotton fields and taking our cotton from us”.
This was not all that Mike was right about, however.
The FBI recently declassified a 2020 intelligence report that alleged a Chinese plot to interfere in the U.S. election. The report, produced by the FBI’s Albany field office, claimed the Chinese government had mass-produced fake U.S. driver’s licenses to enable illegal voting, favoring Joe Biden. Despite this, FBI headquarters recalled the report, allegedly to avoid contradicting Director Christopher Wray’s congressional testimony that there was no election fraud.
The incident is being investigated by Congress and the FBI under new leadership, raising questions about Chinese election meddling and whether politically motivated suppression occurred within the bureau.
In the wake of the 2020 election, Mike Lindell warned of Chinese interference, but the media and investigators largely turned a blind eye to his claims. While the details of the specific interference are disputed, the evidence now certainly seems to favor the conclusion that a foreign entity did in fact meddle, or at least attempt to meddle in our elections.
History often rewards those who see the threat before the crowd. Mike Lindell was mocked for connecting China to both land acquisitions and election interference, yet years later, both concerns are now being taken seriously at the highest levels of government. Whether critics like it or not, the facts are catching up to Mike. It’s time America started listening.
