Exclusive Daily Wire footage exposes just what kind of church James Talarico is a member of

Undercover footage obtained by The Daily Wire exposes radical anti-Christian theology inside St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Austin. Democratic U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico calls the congregation his longtime spiritual home.
The video captures church minister Rev. Babs Miller mocking foundational biblical doctrines. Miller explicitly rejects the historic virgin birth. She claims the miraculous birth stems from pagan mythology. She even questions the historical existence of Jesus Christ. Miller compares belief in Jesus to belief in the Buddha, and also dismisses the atonement of the Cross.
She flatly states that Christ did not die for human sins. Instead, Miller recasts the crucifixion as a secular political execution by the Roman Empire. She characterizes Old Testament Scripture as vengeful folklore rather than holy truth. The footage follows another recent recording from the same church.
The undercover video is essentially a checklist of all the things that the church has recognized as heresy: Marcionism, Gnosticism, one could go one. It is truly amazing how many fringe beliefs she was able to rattle off. In that video, Miller guaranteed that Talarico will abandon his moderate election pivot on transgender issues. She stated that Talarico plans to return to his far-left platform immediately after November.
St. Andrew’s also stocks sexually graphic titles in its children’s library section. Senior pastor Jim Rigby previously admitted on social media that he rejects a literal bodily resurrection. Talarico has routinely cited Rigby as a primary influence on his faith. He frequently uses progressive religious language to court voters across the state.
