More evidence of Fauci’s negligence comes out

Senator Roger Marshall has formally requested that the Department of Justice appoint a special counsel to investigate Dr. Anthony Fauci over severe official negligence during the federal COVID-19 response.

Marshall points to newly declassified intelligence documents and whistleblower disclosures that expose systemic failures in federal oversight. The Kansas senator asserts that Fauci neglected primary safety duties by funding high-risk gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China, while failing to monitor how foreign facilities managed hazardous pathogens.

The senator charges Fauci with direct negligence in handling public health communications and suppressing dissenting scientific analysis regarding the origins of SARS-CoV-2. Whistleblower reports indicate that Fauci retaliated against officials who challenged his narrative, threatening their ranks and employment rather than evaluating legitimate biological risks.

In his formal request to Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, Marshall demands a thorough examination of Fauci’s obstruction of congressional oversight, potential false statements, and his role in shaping federal pandemic policies. Marshall also questioned the legal validity of an autopen-signed executive pardon issued to Fauci, arguing that preemptive immunity must not shield public officials from accountability.
