President Trump fights ‘Epstein Hoax’ in a surprising way
The president slammed Democrats for relentlessly pursuing a narrative about Jeffrey Epstein and directed the Department of Justice to do some digging on the other side of the aisle

President Donald Trump is fighting back against the “Epstein Hoax” by redirecting investigative scrutiny toward Democrats who have been accused of being involved with the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
In an early-morning Truth Social post, the president slammed Democrats and accused them of homing in on Epstein to deflect from their political failures, chief among them being the longest government shutdown in history:
“Now that the Democrats are using the Epstein Hoax, involving Democrats, not Republicans, to try and deflect from their disastrous SHUTDOWN, and all of their other failures, I will be asking A.G. Pam Bondi, and the Department of Justice, together with our great patriots at the FBI, to investigate Jeffrey Epstein’s involvement and relationship with Bill Clinton, Larry Summers, Reid Hoffman, J.P. Morgan, Chase, and many other people and institutions, to determine what was going on with them, and him.”
The president’s newest statement comes just days after House Democrats on the Oversight Committee released newly uncovered emails from Jeffrey Epstein that include President Donald Trump’s name.
As reported by LindellTV, the emails mention the president’s name, but do not suggest any clear evidence of wrongdoing. The emails contain broad mentions of Trump’s long-ago interactions with Epstein, without context and without clarity.
The president’s statement on Friday redirects the intensity of Democrats’ investigative enthusiasm toward others who have been publicly associated with Epstein, for good or for bad, like venture capitalist Reid Hoffman (who fundraised with Epstein to raise money for MIT after the late financier’s conviction) and former President Bill Clinton (of whom there reportedly hung a bizarre portrait in Epstein’s home).
The president described the Democrats’ dogged pursuit of accusatory breadcrumbs on his past limited association with Epstein as “another Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, with all arrows pointing to the Democrats.”
He added, “Records show that these men, and many others, spent large portions of their life with Epstein, and on his ‘Island.’”
